Is a tripping RCD an emergency?
If it resets and holds, it can usually wait for a business-hours visit (cheaper for you). If it won't reset or anything smells hot, call now — that's what the line is for.
No power? Burning smell? RCD won't reset?
The fault line answers 24/7. After-hours call-out is $189 including the first hour — told to you on the phone, before anyone gets in a van.
Not sure what the job is called?
Describe it in your own words — 'the thing above the oven stopped working' is a perfectly good job description.
